Murphy

became known for in magazines: writing about fitness and health for
millions of readers. When Gunnar Peterson— internationally-known Core
Secrets infomercial star
and top Hollywood trainer to the stars—needed a book for Harper Collins
that matched his expertise and uniquely clever style, he turned to Murphy
for his comprehensive knowledge of fitness and his vast experience
in humorous service journalism. The result was co-authoring G-Force, The Ultimate Guide to Your Best Body Ever (Harper
Collins, 2005) in a mere 40
